Sincere and Firm Resolve to Continue Good Deeds after Ramadān – Shaykh Ibn Baz
The Allaamah Shaykh Ibn Baz (رحمه الله) stated:
From that which is imperative is to end the month (Ramadān) with a sincere and firm resolve to obey Allāh and His Messenger ﷺ, and that you continue upon good throughout the rest of your life.
You should have a firm resolve, you should have the strength (of purpose) and vigor to be steadfast upon obedience to your Lord, and that you continue the good deeds such as Solāt (prayers), Sadaqat (charity), seeking forgiveness, supplicating, reciting the Qur’ān, and other (good deeds).
You should have the strong resolution to strive hard against your soul (to be) upon good, in addition to keeping away from all what Allāh has prohibited.
