Lesson 8: The ‘Aqeedah (Creed) of al-Raaziyyaan – Uways at-Taweel
In this 8th lesson on the Aqeedah of al-Raziyyaan, our teacher explains the 11th & 12th points in the treatise:
[11. They will hear His Speech however He wills and as He wills.]
[12. Paradise and Hellfire are real and true; both have already been created and will never perish. Paradise is a reward for His beloved allies whilst the Fire is a punishment for those who were disobedient to Him except those to whom Allāh (‘azza wa jall) shows mercy.]
Some points discussed:
- An explanation that the Speech of Allāh will be heard by the believers in the Hereafter, based on several proofs from the Qur’ān and Sunnah
- Meanings of “Al-Jannah” and “An-Nār” and an explanation that Paradise and the Hellfire currently exist now, based on proofs from the Qur’ān and Sunnah
- Those that enter the Hellfire are of two types: (1) those who remain in it forever and (2) those (Muslims) who enter it but eventually exit from it.
The class was held on Saturday, 3rd of Muharram, 1442 (August 22nd, 2020).
